2.Taking a drink after rinsing

3.After brushing your teeth, rinse them
You can rinse your mouth with water after brushing your teeth. Don’t do it right away though. The concentrated fluoride in the toothpaste could be lost. Although the toothbrush has a strong flavor, you will soon grow used to it.
4.Insufficient brushing time

6.Constantly brushing your teeth after meals
Please be aware that brushing your teeth right away after eating could damage your enamel, particularly if you’ve eaten something acidic. For roughly 30 minutes, you should refrain from brushing your teeth.
7.Refusing to replace your toothbrush
According to studies, you should typically replace your toothbrush every three months. If not, you must do it as soon as the bristles begin to fray. Your brushing will be effective in this situation, and every nook and cranny will be cleaned.
8.Continuing to use the same toothbrush while ill
Bacteria in the mouth are not eliminated by a toothbrush. Simply switch brushes while you’re unwell to avoid contracting the illness again later. In the days preceding the time you are ill, ensure sure the toothbrush doesn’t come into contact with any other toothbrushes.
